Step 1: Set Up the Facebook Group

  1. On the top right hand side of your Facebook page you will see an icon with 9 dots that make a square.

  2. Click that and then under “create” click “group”.

  3. Type in the name of your group, for example “Hannah’s 15 Minute Arbonne Social” choose "private" for privacy option, then click Create Group.

  4. Fill out the description of the group on the right hand side of the group with sample verbiage like this: “An online social hosted by [HOST] We will talk about Arbonne as a company and the products we carry! Super quick, super fun and giveaways too!! Shop: www.yourwebsite.arbonne.com”

  5. Create a free account at www.canva.com

  6. Create a Facebook Header Graphic, here is a link to templates on Canva.

  7. Print the “Party Tracker”

Step 2: Invite Your Host & Coach Your Host

  1. Invite your host to the Facebook Group and let them know that it is ready for inviting.

  2. Encourage your host to fill the group with 20+ people and get their guests exciting by sharing that there will be a giveaway they can win. Example verbiage you can give your host to send: “Hi!! I am hosting a super quick, easy and fun Arbonne social! It’s only 15 minutes long and right on Facebook. There will also be a giveaway for my guests, I am so excited!! I sent you an invite so I hope you accept and that I will see you there! :-)”

  3. As guests join, friend request each one and send them a message how excited you are for the social.

  4. The most important step to a successful party: Interact with each guest’s Facebook posts and Facebook stories right away to begin building a relationship with each guest. Get to know them before the party even starts!

    **The goal is to get an active messenger with each guest BEFORE the party starts. You do not want to do the social and then go to message guests after and they don’t even see your message because you aren’t friends on facebook and your messages go to their filtered inbox lost forever. Dramatic but true. Work smarter, not harder**

Introduction Post

Hi everyone! Welcome to [host name]'s 15 Minute Arbonne Social! Lindsey has been enjoying her 30 Days to Healthy Living program and wanted to share that and other Arbonne goodies with her friends and fam! My name is Hannah and I am your Arbonne brand ambassador for this social! What to expect:

  • 15 minute live video on 2/7 at 8:30pm EST

  • I will do a giveaway prize (look for my posts to see how to enter)

  • I will share all things Arbonne and educate about what makes our brand different.

  • All of our products are non-toxic, plant based and free of artificial flavorings, sweeteners, colorings, soy free, gluten free and dairy free. Clean formulas, amazing results.

  • We have over 250 products, ranging from nutrition, make up, skincare, body care, baby care and more.

Activate Messenger with Guests

It is so important to activate a messenger thread with guests prior to the Live Video so that when you reach out after the live video, your message is received and not sent to guest’s filtered inbox. There are a few ways to do this, examples below.

If you have 6+ days before your party, you can send a fizz sample to each guest. They will need to message you their mailing address, therefore activating a messenger thread. Poll example: “Hello Hello to those who have joined [HOST]'s Arbonne Social! Since we have some time before it begins I would love to send you guys a sample of our #1 product: Energy Fizz Sticks! What flavor do you want to try?!”

Activate Messenger with Guests

If you do not have time to send a fizz stick sample before your virtual social begins, here is another post that you can do to activate your messenger with each guest. “For your first prize entry, send me a message to my inbox that simply says “hi!” and boom, you are in it to WIN it!”

If you do send fizz samples…

Make a post that asks people to share a picture of them and their fizz when they sample it to earn more entries into the giveaway! This gets your group interacting and having FUN!

“SO MANY FIZZ IN THE MAIL! Be on the lookout over the next few days for your fizz to arrive in the mail. Earn an entry into the party giveaway by posting a picture in this group of you trying your fizz 🥰“

Host Makes A Post

Ask your host to make a post about what they love about Arbonne. If they have not yet tried Arbonne, have them share what they are excited about hearing about. This will connect you to their guests and validate you as a consultant.

Example: ‘“I am so excited for you all to hear from [YOUR NAME]! She/He introduced me to Energy Fizz Sticks and I seriously have fallen in love. I still can't believe I have given up coffee. I add the packet to 20 oz of water and a ton of ice, my fav flavor is strawberry and it contains antioxidants, vitamins and 55 mg of caffeine!“

Giveaway Poll

Let the guests vote for what they want to win! You, as the consultant, provides the giveaway for your social. It doesn’t need to be a full sized product, it can be a few samples, whatever you want to give is great!

How Do You Know The Host? Post

You can use a photo of the host, a photo of you and the host if you have one OR just the text feature on Facebook. Ask the group how they know the host. Each time someone comments, reply back to that comment to create engagement! Have fun with this.

Grant a Wish Poll

The day before or the morning of your social, post a poll asking:

“Take this poll for an entry into the giveaway. If I could grant a wish for your health or skin, what would it be? Feel free to pick as many as you want or add 1 if you don't see yours here.” Then include options like: manage weight, diminish fine lines/wrinkles, increase energy, reduce stress, improve gut health.

Day of Reminder Posts

  1. The morning of the Live Video, post a reminder with the time and how they will watch. This can be an image or a quick video!

  2. 30 minutes before the party: “Hi everyone! I'll be going live in 30 minutes, at 8:30pm EST right here in our Facebook party group for 15 minutes! I hope you can pop on! Those who watch live will earn 5 entries into the giveaway!"

  3. 10 Minute reminder: “10 Minute Reminder!”

Choose 2-3 day of reminders, can be any times, you choose!

The Live Video!

This is what the party revolves around. A live video sharing Arbonne for 15 minutes. Your up-line will do the Live Videos for your first few socials and then you can take it from there!

You do NOT need to be perfect, nobody wants perfect. We are human, we fumble on words, don’t take it too seriously and have FUN. Joke around, be yourself!

Be sure to talk about a variety of Arbonne's best loved products. As you'll see in the suggested outline, you'll also be mentioning just a few suggested package bundles that are a really great value for preferred clients and great options for coming into a relationship with Arbonne. Remember to talk about what you love the most and keep it really simple with a couple of bullet point notes on each thing. Below is just an example. There may be monthly specials, incentives, sales etc that you will want to highlight.

After Live Graphics

After you end your live, thank everyone for joining and post images of the product sets you discussed. Include Recommended Cart links for each set in your post.

Testimonial time! Share what YOU love about Arbonne and what it has done for you. This is a great opportunity for a before and after picture or you using the products!

What Number Are You? Post

This is a post to gage where everyone is at. You get to see who still wants to order, potential host leads and those interested in the business! Caption: “What number are you?”

“Thank You For Your Order" Posts

With every order placed, thank that person for their order. You can use the text feature on Facebook or use Canva to showcase what that person ordered! This is called social proof. Others will see people ordering and want to join in on the fun too!

Funnel Guests into VIP Page

Every Virtual Social you have, you want to funnel guests from that Facebook group into your personal Arbonne Facebook Group. You can do this by offering an entry into the giveaway for joining!

Example: “Here is an easy entry to earn…Join my VIP group below and voila! Entry earned! [LINK TO GROUP]”

If you are doing your launch party, after your launch is over, you will change the name of your launch party to your forever customer VIP group where you can grow your community.

The Fortune is in the Follow Up

We can not post in a party and expect sales to flow in. We MUST get into conversation with our guests, learn about them, follow up with them and find out how we can best serve them. Be their personal shopper, ask them what they thought about your live video, interact with their Facebook posts and stories each day. Each guest will be added to a forever growing list of prospects for your business. If you do a party and get zero sales, it’s STILL a win because now you have 10+ new names to add to your prospect list that you would have never otherwise have met. If you did your work to create that active messenger thread, that will stay alive and you will continue to learn about them, serve them and follow up with them.

I have had MANY new team members come from parties with no sales. If I had been frustrated and thrown in the towel on those parties I would have never found those amazing new team members. The fortune is in the follow up, not just during the party time frame, forever follow up!
