This training will help you understand why virtual socials work, how to think about them, and how to approach them with confidence.
Do not skip ahead or start setting anything up yet. The success of this system starts with your mindset, not the graphics or the group.

Now that you understand the mindset behind virtual socials, your next and only focus is finding a host. Do not worry about setup, graphics, scripts, or posts yet. Nothing moves forward until you get a yes. Ask yourself:
Who already loves Arbonne or uses the products regularly?
Who is naturally magnetic and enjoys bringing people together?
Who would happily say yes if you asked them for a favor simply because they love you?
Who lives far away from you, in another state, or even another country?
Who has supported you in your business in small ways before?
Who recently said no to purchasing but still showed interest?
Who would appreciate being gifted just for helping you out?
Host Ask Example: “Hey Sara!! I am planning a few 15 minute Facebook events and I am looking for hosts. I thought of you because _________________. I will gift you just for saying yes and I promise to keep this quick, easy, and fun. What do you say?”
If they ask: what does it entail or what would need to do?: “I create a Facebook group. You invite family and friends. I go live for 15 minutes sharing your favorite products. If I get sales, amazing. If not, it allows me to meet new people which I still consider a win. And I gift you just for saying yes. How does that sound?”
If they hesitate, keep it simple and genuine.
“I know this might feel small to you, but it truly means a lot to me. My goal is simply to meet new people and educate.”
Once they say yes:
Pick a date and time
Ask them to invite 15 to 20 guests
Let them know you will go live for 15 minutes and ask them to be on live, interacting in the comments.
On the top right hand side of your Facebook page you will see an icon with 9 dots that make a square.
Click that and then under “create” click “group”.
Type in the name of your group, for example “[Host Name’s] 15 Minute Arbonne Social” choose "private" for privacy option, then click Create Group.
When setting up your group, if you see the “Invite Followers” option, be sure to toggle it OFF or it will invite 300 of your facebook friends to your private party group every day. Some profiles have this option, some do not.
Fill out the description of the group on the right hand side of the group with sample verbiage like this: “An online social hosted by [HOST] We will talk about Arbonne as a company and the products we carry! Super quick, super fun and giveaways too!! Shop: www.yourwebsite.arbonne.com”

Print the “Party Tracker”
Invite your host to the ready Facebook Group and let them know that it is ready for inviting.
Encourage your host to fill the group with 15-20 people and get their guests exciting by sharing that there will be a giveaway they can win. Example verbiage you can give your host to send: “Hi!! I am hosting a super quick, easy and fun Arbonne social! It’s only 15 minutes long and right on Facebook. There will also be a giveaway for my guests, I am so excited!! Would you join in on the fun?”

It is so important to activate a messenger thread with guests prior to the Live Video so that when you reach out after the live video, your message is received and not sent to guest’s filtered inbox. There are a few ways to do this, examples below.
If you have 10+ days before your party, you can send a fizz sample to each guest. They will need to message you their mailing address, therefore activating a messenger thread. Poll example: “Hello Hello to those who have joined [HOST]'s Arbonne Social! Since we have some time before it begins I would love to send you guys a sample of our #1 product: Energy Fizz Sticks! What flavor do you want to try?!”

If you do not have time to send a fizz stick sample before your virtual social begins, here is another post that you can do to activate your messenger with each guest. “For your first prize entry, send me a message to my inbox that simply says “hi!” and boom, you are in it to WIN it!”

Ask your host to make a post about what they love about Arbonne. If they have not yet tried Arbonne, have them share what they are excited about hearing about. This will connect you to their guests and validate you as a consultant.
Example: ‘“I am so excited for you all to hear from [YOUR NAME]! She/He introduced me to Energy Fizz Sticks and I seriously have fallen in love. I still can't believe I have given up coffee. I add the packet to 20 oz of water and a ton of ice, my fav flavor is strawberry and it contains antioxidants, vitamins and 55 mg of caffeine!“

Let the guests vote for what they want to win! You, as the consultant, provides the giveaway for your social. It doesn’t need to be a full sized product, it can be a few samples, whatever you want to give is great!

The day before or the morning of your social, post a poll asking:
“Take this poll for an entry into the giveaway. If I could grant a wish for your health or skin, what would it be? Feel free to pick as many as you want or add 1 if you don't see yours here.” Then include options like: manage weight, diminish fine lines/wrinkles, increase energy, reduce stress, improve gut health.

The morning of the Live Video, post a reminder with the time and how they will watch. This can be an image or a quick video!
30 minutes before the party: “Hi everyone! I'll be going live in 30 minutes, at 8:30pm EST right here in our Facebook party group for 15 minutes! Can I count on you to be there?"
10 Minute reminder: “10 Minute Reminder!”
Choose 2-3 day of reminders, can be any times, you choose!

This is what the party revolves around. A live video sharing Arbonne for 15 minutes. Your up-line will do the Live Videos for your first few socials and then you can take it from there!
You do NOT need to be perfect, nobody wants perfect. We are human, we fumble on words, don’t take it too seriously and have FUN. Joke around, be yourself!
Be sure to talk about a variety of Arbonne's best loved products. As you'll see in the suggested outline, you'll also be mentioning just a few suggested package bundles that are a really great value for preferred clients and great options for coming into a relationship with Arbonne. Remember to talk about what you love the most and keep it really simple with a couple of bullet point notes on each thing. Below is just an example. There may be monthly specials, incentives, sales etc that you will want to highlight.

Testimonial time! Share what YOU love about Arbonne and what it has done for you. This is a great opportunity for a before and after picture or you using the products!

The live video is only one small part of the social. Now it is time to get into conversation! If you watched the training video before beginning, that means you have set up your relationship with each guest, have an active message thread and are ready to get into Arbonne convos!
Do not worry about who showed up live. Attendance does not determine sales. People are busy, tired, and juggling life. That is normal.
Your job after the live is simple: start conversations.
If They Watched Live
Immediately message anyone who was on live: “Yay! You got to tune in live tonight. What did you think of the video?”
From there, keep the conversation going. If they mention a product, dig into that. What about that caught your eye? What made you curious about it? Use their answer to guide the conversation naturally.
If They Missed the Live
Send the replay link to anyone who was not live: “Hey Sarah! Here is the recording from tonight. You will hear how to enter the giveaway in the video. Listen when you can and I will follow up tomorrow! :)”
If they do not watch, meet them where they are at. Follow-up message: “Hey Sarah!! If you do not have time to watch the video, just let me know. I can give you a quick recap right in our message. I know how busy life can be hehe.”
Many sales happen without anyone ever watching the video.
Keep It Simple. If they want a quick overview, ask: Which are you most curious about right now? Wellness and nutrition, age reversing skin care, skincare infused make up
From there, ask questions, listen, and offer solutions based on their needs.
When Conversations Stall
If price comes up or the conversation feels stuck: book a brand call to talk consulting
Or invite them to host their own social and gift them for saying yes
If you are newer, lean on your upline. Screenshot conversations and ask for guidance.
With every order placed, thank that person for their order. You can use the text feature on Facebook or use Canva to showcase what that person ordered! This is called social proof. Others will see people ordering and want to join in on the fun too!

Every Virtual Social you have, you want to funnel guests from that Facebook group into your personal Arbonne Facebook Group. You can do this by offering an entry into the giveaway for joining!
Example: “Here is an easy entry to earn…Join my VIP group below and voila! Entry earned! [LINK TO GROUP]”
If you are doing your launch party, after your launch is over, you will change the name of your launch party to your forever customer VIP group where you can grow your community.

A social is successful when:
You start new conversations
You build relationships
You add new people to your network
Sales are a bonus. Relationships are the foundation.
If you add 10 new people to your network that is a WIN! Keep educating, keep learning about them, keep serving them, keep loving on them.
I have had MANY team members come from parties with no sales. If I had been frustrated and thrown in the towel on virtual parties I would have never found those amazing new team members. The fortune is in the follow up, not just during the party time frame, forever follow up!
